1. Return Policy

The product is damaged during delivery
You receive the wrong product
The product has a manufacturing defect


Return Request Time
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone with clear photos of the product and packaging.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition
The product must be returned with original packaging
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned

2. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order only before the order has been shipped.

  • Go to Dashboard
  • Click Orders
  • Select the order you want to cancel
  • Click Cancel Order
  • Once the cancellation request is submitted, our team will review
  • and confirm the cancellation.
  • Important Notes
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelledafter production starts.

3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
For custom-made or made-to-order furniture, the production time may take 2–4 weeks depending on the product design and quantity.
Once the order is ready for shipment, customers will be notified with shipping details.
